Beginning September 3rd, 2019, the Wilson County Register of Deed’s office will be implementing a new online account management system for the online search portion of our website.
All current users will be required to create an account on the new system as current accounts will NOT transfer to the new system. Accounts can be created on our website beginning the morning of September 3rd, 2019.
What key components are changing?
The monthly subscription rate will be increasing to $35.00 per month. All payments must now be made via credit card through the website.
What key components are not changing?
The search functionality of the site is not changing.
Also, please note that if your current account has a prepaid balance with us, this balance will be applied to your newly created account by September 15th, 2019.
Homeowners can request a copy of their deed by contacting the Register’s Office
