EFILE - Electronic Document Filing

The Wilson County Register of Deeds office accepts documents via electronic filing. Instead of making a trip to the court house or using an overnight service that is costly to you and your customers, you can submit your document and have it recorded in as little as 15 minutes. This is a web based service and your documents are transmitted through secure servers.

Customers may submit their documents through the following vendors:

Business Information Systems –www.efileanytime.com
Corporation Service Company –www.cscglobal.com
CSC eRecording Solutions
erecording@cscglobal.com
866-652-0111
www.erecording.com
Electronic Document Logistics –www.edldocs.com
Erecording Partners Network LLC –www.goepn.com
Indecomm Global Services –www.indecomm.net
Simplifile –www.simplifile.com

The Register of Deeds only collects the fees that are set by state statute for the recording of the documents. There is an additional fee for the service that is charged and retained by the vendor. Documents are accepted by this office during regular office hours which are 8:00 am – 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

Our office requires that the document be scanned and submitted through an electronic service. The basic specifications for documents that we receive are:

Image Format: tif
Image Size: No larger than 20mb / 200 to 300 dpi
Letter / Legal appropriate for document submitted

Each document submitted electronically is required by state law to include a certification page. The wording for this certification can be found in Tennessee Code Annotated 66-24-101. We also have a certification form that you can print on the forms link of this site.
