Instead of making a trip to the court house or using an overnight service that is costly to you and your customers, you can submit your document and have it recorded in as little as 15 minutes. There is an additional fee for the service that is charged and retained by the vendor. Documents are accepted by this office during regular office hours which are 8:00 am \u2013 4 pm, Monday through Friday.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Our office requires that the document be scanned and submitted through an electronic service. The basic specifications for documents that we receive are:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><center><p>Image Format: tif<br \/>Image Size: No larger than 20mb \/ 200 to 300 dpi<br \/>Letter \/ Legal appropriate for document submitted<\/p><\/center><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Each document submitted electronically is required by state law to include a certification page. The wording for this certification can be found in Tennessee Code Annotated 66-24-101.
